摘  要:幼儿教师的职业素养,直接关系到幼儿教育的质量及幼儿的健康成长。传统的人才培养方案中,主要重视的是师范生教学活动的设计和实施能力的培养,新形势下,幼儿教师教学、保育行为的合法性受到了社会的关注。本文侧重于从法律素养培养的角度,对幼儿教师的职业基本素养的培养进行思考,提出培养学前教育师范生法律素养的措施。The preschool teachers' professional quality is directly related to the quality of children's education and the healthy growth of the children. Traditional training scheme is focused on the ability of normal students in teaching design and the performance in the implementation of the plan. While in the new situation, the legality of preschool teachers in teaching and childcare has aroused the at- tention of the society. This paper focuses on the cuhivation of the legal consciousness and comments on the basic professional literacy of preschool teachers. Suggestions are made on the cultivation of the legal consciousness of preschool education teachers.
