高血压脑出血超早期手术86例麻醉处理

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压脑出血超早期手术的麻醉方法。方法对86例高血压脑出血超早期手术患者的麻醉过程进行回顾性分析。86例患者均实施气管内插管静脉复合全身麻醉及控制性降压。结果麻醉效果良好,手术顺利。术中除5例患者出现严重心肺并发症外其余81例生命体征较平稳,全组病例均安全渡过手术期。结论气管内插管静脉复合全身麻醉并控制性降压是高血压脑出血超早期手术患者的安全合理的麻醉方法。Objective To explore the anesthesia in patients undergoing very early operation for hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage. Methods The records of anesthesia of 86 patients underwent surgery for hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage were reviewed retrospectively. The surgery was done under combined endotracheal intubation and intravenous general anesthesia with controlled hypotension. Results The results of anesthesia were good,the procedure was uneventful. Vital signs were stable in 81 patients but five with severe heart and lung complications. All the patients survived during the perioperation. Conclusion Endotracheal tube and intravenous general anesthesia combined with controlled hypotension are safe and reasonable for patients undergoing surgery for very early stage of hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage.
