miR-451在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察miR-451在胃癌组织中的表达,并探讨其与胃癌相关临床因素的关系。方法收集18例胃癌患者的胃癌组织和胃癌旁组织,应用RT-PCR技术检测miR-451的表达水平(以U6为对照),并分析其与胃癌相关临床因素的关系。结果与胃癌旁组织相比,miR-451在胃癌组织中明显下调(P<0.05)。其中上调6例,下调12例,下调比率66.67%(12/18)。miR-451的表达水平与胃癌的分化相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、TNM分期、Borrmann分型、浸润深度、淋巴结转移等无明显相关。结论 miR-451在胃癌组织中低表达,并与胃癌的分化程度密切相关,表明其可能参与了胃癌的发生和发展过程。Objective To investigate the expression of miR-451 and its association with clinicopathologic features in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression levels of miR-451 in 18 cases of gastric carcinoma and matched non tumor adjacent tissue specimens were examined using real time polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. The relationship between the expression of miR-451 and its clinicopathologic features of gastric carcinoma were analyzed. Results The expression level of miR-451 was significantly lower in the tumor tissues than that in the adjacent tissues（ P 〈 0.05 ） which up-regulated in 6 cases, down-regulated in 12 cases, down-regulated rate was 66.67% （12/18）. Down-regulated miR-451 expression was associated with the cell differentiation in gastric carcinoma patients （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No significant association was found between the expression of miR-451 and the status of age, gender, TNM staging system, Borrmann type, depth of tumor in vasion and tumor node metastasis stage. Conclusion Down-regulated miR-451 expression involves in gastric carcinogene sis and the development process.
