中药对抑郁症雌鼠症状和性激素及神经递质的干预作用

摘　　要：目的自拟中药方应用于慢性不可预见应激模型的雌性抑郁症大鼠,研究大鼠的行为学、性激素和脑皮层单胺类神经递质的变化。方法将敞箱试验得分结果在符合标准范围内的72只雌性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、西药组、中药组。通过行为学测定和糖水消耗试验,观察对比疗效,并测定E2、P、PRL和5-HT、DA含量。结果中药解郁方对抑郁大鼠行为学的改变及E2、5-HT、DA含量的提高有显著作用。结论中药解郁方对抑郁雌鼠雌激素和单胺类神经递质5-HT、DA有明显的干预作用。Objective To study the change of behavior,sex hormone,brain cortex form amine neurotransmitter of rat＇s model which meetting chronic unpredictable stress after applying author＇s self-designed traditional Chinese drugs formula.Methods The 72 rats in according with the standard range of open-field result were divided into normal group,model group,Western medicine group,traditional Chinese medicine group at random.There were 18 rats in each group.The model group,Western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group must be encountered chronic unpredictable stress.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with the potion of soothing the liver and benefitting the kidney,the Western medicine group with Paroxetine.Through open-field behaviour determination and the syrup consuming experiment the curative effects were observed and compared,and E2,P,PRL and 5-HT,DA content were detected.Results After being treated the depressed rats depression behavior of traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group all had remarkable changes.Open-field grade and the syrup consuming had remarkable differences.Comparing Chinese medicine group with Western medicine group there had no remarkable difference;but E2,5-HT and DA content of traditional Chinese medicine group had remarkable increase.Conclusion Self-designed traditional Chinese drugs formula can intervene obviously the sex hormone E2 and brain cortex form amine neurotransmitter 5-HT and DA of female depressed mouse.
