关于新型集体主义教育的实践探究

摘　　要：在公有、非公有、混合所有制形式并存以及市场经济的条件下,必然会产生与此适应的集体主义或个人主义等思想意识观念。因此,在宣扬传统集体主义精神的同时,也应当正视个人主义观念的存在。通过对个人主义的各种表现形式进行分析,将在不损害社会和他人利益前提下,追求和维护个人利益的正当、合理、合法的个人主义纳入集体主义内涵,形成一种能够包容正当、合理、合法个人主义的新型集体主义道德。使思想政治理论教育能够与社会实际日益发展变化的趋向相吻合,使大学生能够自觉接受和信奉新型集体主义道德,以不断增强思想政治理论教育的震撼力、感染力和说服力。Because of the co- existence of public ownership, non- public ownership, mixed ownership and market economy, collectivism, individualism and some other ideological concepts are generated. Therefore, while promoting the traditional spirit of collectivism, individualism should also be emphasized. Through the analysis of various manifestations of individualism, on the basis of not harming collective and individual interests,and bringing the proper, reasonable and legal individualism into the connotation of collectivism, a new collectivism morals can be formed which can tolerate proper,reasonable and legal individualism.Ideological and political theory education should be in line with the trend of the further developments and changes of the society. Students should accept the new collectivism morals of their own free will. Eventually, the ideological and political theory education can be more influential,convincing and impressive.
