子宫内膜癌组织中BAG-1和VEGF-C的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的分析BAG-1和VEGF-C在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法免疫组织化学检测51例子宫内膜癌和45例增生性子宫内膜组织中BAG-1和VEGF-C表达,并分析其相关性。结果子宫内膜癌中BAG-1和VEGF-C阳性表达率明显高于增生性宫内膜及正常子宫内膜组织(2=4.571,2=0.235,p<0.01),差异有统计学意义。子宫内膜癌组织中,BAG-1和VEGF-C阳性表达率与子宫内膜癌的病理分级、肿瘤分化、肌层浸润程度和临床分期有关(p<0.05)。子宫内膜癌中BAG-1和VEGF-C表达没有明显相关性。结论 BAG-1和VEGF-C在子宫内膜恶变过程中存在差异性表达,两者可能在子宫内膜癌发生、发展及侵袭浸润中起重要作用,有可能成为判断预后的重要指标之一,具有一定的临床参考价值。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of BAG - 1 and VEGF - C in endo- metrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry methods was used to examine the expression of BAG - 1 and VEGF - C in 45 cases of hyperplasia, 51 cases endometrial carcinoma, and 22 normal endometrium. Results In en- dometrial carcinoma, the positive rates of BAG - 1 and VEGF - C were significantly higher than that of hyperplasia endometrium and normal endometrium tissues （x2 = 4. 571, x2 = O. 235 ,p 〈 O. O1 ）, In endometrial carcinoma tissues, the expression of BAG - 1 and VEGF - C correlated with histological grade, muscles invasion and clinical stage （p 〈 0. 05 ）, BAG - 1 positive cases were not correlated with VEGF - C. Conclusion BAG - 1 and VEGF - C expression may play an important role in the genesis and development of endometrial carcinoma. They may be important index to judge prognosis with definite significance of clinical reference.
