摘　　要：剖析我国新发和再发传染病研究及应对中的信息需求与知识管理现状,构建基于web 2.0的新发和再发传染病文献信息服务平台。本文介绍了平台设计的基本思路、特点、运行环境及平台功能实现的技术路线等。试图通过新发和再发传染病文献信息服务平台,将国内外相关学科文献与散在科研数据进行知识组织和科学管理,为科研人员提供有力、实用、方便的知识服务保障通道,实现信息共享。A web 2.0 based knowledge service platform for emerging and remerging infectious disease was constructed based on the analysis of information needs in researching or responding to the emerging and remerging infectious disease. The basic design i- deas, features, running environment and structure of the platform technology were introduced. The aim was to provide effective, practi- cal and convenient information services and to achieve information sharing by integrating the related Chinese and foreign literature and scattered data for scientific researchers through the platform.
