摘 要:目的:对血虚模型小鼠在不同方剂干预下补血作用的实验研究进行了文献整理和分析。方法:以"血虚小鼠"为主题词,从万方数据库检索了近5年发表的不同方剂对血虚模型小鼠补血的实验研究论文,并按其研究具体内容的不同进行了分类总结,共引用参考文献27篇。结果:血虚模型小鼠在中医方剂干预下的补血作用研究共分为三大类:不同方剂对血虚模型小鼠血液作用及骨髓作用的研究、血虚模型小鼠在方剂干预下的代谢组学研究。结论:通过多种中医方剂对血虚模型小鼠的干预研究,可以用客观检测指标证明或发现传统方剂对血虚证的疗效。但目前的客观指标检测多参照西医学的诊断标准,希望在未来的研究中可以引入小鼠血虚证的中医症状诊断标准,完善中药复方治疗血虚证的疗效评价体系。This study was aimed to collate and analyze journal articles about blood enriching function of experimental research on blood deficiency model in mice by different prescriptions. "Blood deficiency mice" was used as keyword. The search was conducted among articles on blood enriching function of experimental research articles about blood deficiency model in mice by different prescriptions published in in recent five years in Wanfang Database. Articles were classified and summarized according to their research contents. Twenty-seven references were included. The results showed that modern experimental (enriching the blood) researches on blood deficiency model in mice intervened by Chinese prescriptions include three categories. The first category is blood research of blood deficiency mice given Chinese prescriptions. The second category is marrow research of the blood deficiency mice intervened by Chinese prescriptions. And the last category is metabonomics research on blood deficiency mice intervened by Chinese prescriptions. It was concluded that these researches are able to demonstrate the effect of treatments of blood deficiency syndrome by classic Chinese prescriptions. However, most of these objective indicators were referred diagnostic criteria of western medicine. In future experimental research, we should introduce the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for blood deficiency syndrome in mice and improve the efficacy evaluation system of TCM for blood deficiency syndrome.
