摘　　要：目的通过调查广西"视觉第一,中国行动"项目实施第一阶段县级医院眼科医师的培训情况及医院的眼科建设状况,评价项目所取得的成效。方法以1998～2004年参与该项目培训的54家县级医院的眼科医师作为研究对象,比较其在培训前后的理论知识及临床操作技能。并通过问卷调查形式比较这54家医院在项目实施前后的眼科建设状况。结果该项目共培训眼科医师215名,培训后其理论水平明显高于培训前(P<0.01),且均能够掌握现代白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术。通过问卷形式对54家县级医院的调查结果显示,项目实施后成立独立眼科临床机构的医院数及眼科医师人数增加。同时医院的眼科就诊人数、白内障手术量及手术设备均有所增加,白内障复明手术的脱盲率从81.95%提高到86.98%;脱残率从63.09%提高到76.79%。结论该项目对眼科医师培训卓有成效,县级医院眼科的医疗服务量及设备均得到了改善,同时提高了当地政府对防盲治盲工作重要性的认识,广西"视觉第一,中国行动"项目第一阶段的实施效果良好。Objective To evaluate the achievement in the first stage of ＂Sight First-China Action＂ in Guangxi by investigating the training of oculists and comparing the ophthalmological condition of county hospitals before and after training. Methods The research object were oculists of 54 cunty hospitals from 1998 to 2004. The trainee＇ s ophthalmological knowledge and clinical skills before and after training were compared. Furthermore, Ophthalmological condition in 54 county hospitals were investigated by questionnaire. Results Two hundread and fifteen oculists had been trained in the project. The theoretical level of them had been improved obviously and much better than before （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. All of the trainee could master the techniques of ECCE and IOL implantation. The number of oculists and hospitals with independent opthalmological department had increased;moreover, the program enabled a large increase in the number of patients, cataract operation and equipment. The rate of prevention blindness increased from 81.95% to 86.98%. The rate of prevention disability also increased from 63.09% to 76. 79%. Conclusion The training of oculists was fruitful. The medical quantity and equipment had been improved greatly, it also made local government realized the importance of prevention blindness. Taking everything into consideration,the project was a great success.
