摘  要:基于不同的燃气轮机运行工况,获得进排气系统的压力损失变化规律。运用容积惯性法建立了三轴燃气轮机动态仿真模型,考虑船用燃气轮机进排气压力损失作用,对燃气轮机的性能进行仿真研究。数值实验结果表明:随着燃气轮机工况(其值为运行工况功率与额定工况功率之比)的增加,进排气系统的压力损失按近二次方规律增加;燃气轮机的输出功率损失也随工况增加而增大,并呈现非线性特性;热效率同样因进排气压力损失的影响而下降,但在0.8工况左右损失最大,总体也呈现非线性特性。所得结果可为燃气轮机的性能修正、运行管理和优化设计提供参考。By using the volume-inertia method, a simulation model of a three-axis gas turbine was built. The gas turbine performances were simulated and researched by considering the pressure losses in inlet and exhaust systems. The numerical experiment results show that the pressure losses in inlet and exhaust systems increase with the increase of operating condition, displaying an approximate quadratic polynomial. The loss of outlet power also increases with the increase of operating condition and exhibits non-linear property. The thermal efficiency decreases due to inlet and exhaust pressure losses, but the decrement totally displays non-linear property and reaches the maximum value at 0. 8 time of the rated power. The results would supply reference for correcting performance, operating management and optimal design.
