摘 要:介绍了PLC系统在深度水处理系统中的应用,详细描述了系统的供电方式、冗余配置、硬件布置、I/O点数设置和控制模式;阐述了超滤及反渗透等各单元的控制原理和检测过程;对一些关键点的测量仪表作了说明。实现了复杂工艺全自动操作,保证了水处理系统的安全运行。Application of PLC system in advanced water treatment technology was briefly introduced in the paper. The power supply mode, redundancy configuration, hardware layout, the I/O points set and control mode were described in details. The control principle and testing process of each unit such as ultra filtration and reverse osmosis were expounded. Some key points of the measuring instrument were illustrated. Fully-automatic operation of the system was realized, and the safe operation of the water treatment system was ensured.
