摘　　要：Folksonomy有着分类方法自由、信息组织的适时性与灵活性、信息揭示的多面性、简单易用、存在群体效应等诸多特征优势,对于个人知识管理有着重要意义。为了在网络环境下有效实施个人知识管理,对Folksonomy的内涵与特征进行分析,从利用Folksonomy高效获取知识信息、利用Folksonomy有效组织个人知识信息,建立个人知识库、利用Folksonomy实现知识信息的交流与分享3个方面对Folksonomy在个人知识管理中的应用进行探讨。Folksonomy plays an important role in the field of personal knowledge management due to its many advantages,such as free classification methods,timing and flexibility of information organization,multiplicity of information revelation,simple and intuitive application and population effect,etc.To efficiently perform personal knowledge management in network environment,the connotations and characteristics of Folksonomy were firstly analyzed in this paper.Moreover,some specific applications of Folksonomy to personal knowledge management were discussed from three aspects：acquirement of knowledge and information,organization of personal information and construction of personal knowledge base,realization of exchange and sharing of knowledge and information.
