摘 要:目的了解医院护士的主观幸福感状况和影响因素,有针对性地提出对策。方法采用问卷调查法,对3家医院450名护士进行调查。结果主观幸福感总分为(78.03±11.07)分,一般自我效能得分为(24.64±5.31)分。多元线性回归分析显示,护士主观幸福感的影响因素为家人对工作支持、一般自我效能感、患者赞扬作用、护士工作态度和工作年限。结论护士幸福感状况应引起管理者的重视,根据影响因素采取措施,增加护士一般自我效能感和社会支持,从而提高护士的主观幸福感。Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of subjective well-being of nurses,and put forward corresponding measures. Methods Totally 450 nurses were recruited from three hospitals. They were investigated by question- naires. Results The total score of subjective well-being was 78.03±11.07 and the total score of self-efficacy was 24.64±5.31. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of nurses' subjective well-being were support from family, self-efficacy,patients' praise ,attitude toward nursing and working years. Conclusions More attention should be paid to the improvement of nurses' objective well-being. According to the influencing factors of subjective well-being,measures should be taken to strengthen nurses' sense of self-efficacy and social support,and thereby to improve nurses' subjective well-being.
