华人菜名英译的对比研究

摘　　要：在世界每个角落几乎都有"中国餐馆"。在"中国餐馆"中,华人菜名的英译发挥了积极的作用。本文从华人英译菜名与国内本土英译菜名对比的角度,试图探讨华人菜名的英译技巧。＂Chinese restaurants＂seem very popular everywhere in the world.The translation of Chinese dishes into English by overseas Chinese plays an important role in the popularity of ＂Chinese restaurants＂.By contrasting the dish names between overseas Chinese and domestic Chinese,this paper attempts to make a comparative analysis of translations of Chinese dishes into English and meanwhile to locate the corresponding translation skills involved therein.
