摘　　要：司法鉴定技术标准是司法鉴定规范化的基础,本文通过对司法鉴定技术标准运行的三要素:推动者、互动者、推动力的分析,明晰三者之间的关系;进而对司法鉴定技术标准运行的三种模式进行阐述,认为我国应选择"三角形迁升"式作为司法鉴定技术标准运行的基本模式;最后阐明在司法鉴定技术标准运行中要关注的几个问题。The technology standard of judicial authentication is the foundation of the judicial authentication standardization. This article, through analyzing and clarifying the relationship among the three elements of the technology standard of judicial authentication： the facilitator, the interaction and the forces, elaborates three working modes of the technology standard of judicial authentication, believes that our country should choose the ＂ triangle moved up＂ mode as its basic working mode, and finally explains the issues on working the technology standard of judicial authentication.
