摘 要:目的:探讨PTEN mRNA、Smad4 mRNA在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达及意义。方法:采用FQ-PCR法检测94例PTC及癌旁组织,29例甲状腺腺瘤组织中PTEN mRNA和Smad4 mRNA的表达情况。结果:PTC高、中、低转移变型组PTEN mRNA和Smad4 mRNA的表达明显低于甲状腺腺瘤组及癌旁组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且PTEN mRNA表达与Smad4 mRNA表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:PTEN和Smad4在PTC的发生发展过程中存在协调关系,二者的低表达可作为判断PTC预后不良的指标。Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of PTEN mRNA and Smad4 mRNA in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods:Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR)was used to detect the expression of PTEN mRNA and Smad4 mRNA in 94 cases PTC and para-carcinoma tissues,and 29 cases thyroid adenoma tissues.Results:The expression of PTEN mRNA and Smad4 mRNA were significantly lower in high,moderate and low-metastases PTC groups compared with thyroid adenoma and para-carcinoma tissues(P0.05).There had positive relationships between PTEN mRNA expression and Smad4 mRNA expression(P0.05).Conclusions:There has synergistic relationship between PTEN and Smad4 during development of PTC,their lower expression can be the index to judge unfavourable prognosis of PTC.
