摘　　要：建立头痛灵贴片中组分的鉴别和辣椒素的质量浓度测定方法.采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中白芷、辣椒,采用高效液相色谱法测定方中辣椒素的质量浓度.薄层色谱法专属性强;辣椒素的质量浓度可用相应的测定方法准确测出.本方法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可以控制产品的质量.This paper established a content determine method of capsaicin in Toutongling patch and distinguishing methods of the formula. TLC method was used to distinguish radix angelicae dahuricae and capsici fructus. HPLC method was used to determine the content of capsaicin in the prescription. TLC method has a good specificity . The content of capsaicin may be determined accurately by the method. The methods were simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. The methods may be used to control product quality .
