摘 要:目的利用SWI技术观察特发性全面癫痫(IGE)患者皮层下核团铁物质含量的改变,揭示铁在IGE病理生理机制中可能的作用。方法 35例IGE患者(IGE组)纳入本研究,并以35名正常人作为正常对照组,采集两组受试者SWI数据,比较IGE患者发作间期相对正常人脑皮层下灰质核团的铁含量的差异。结果与正常对照组相比,IGE组患者双侧丘脑、尾状核、壳核、苍白球、黑质及红核的铁含量明显降低(P均<0.05),且其双侧丘脑、黑质和红核的SWI相位信号与患者发作的起始年龄呈负相关(r=-0.69,P<0.001)。结论 IGE患者皮层下核团铁含量较正常人明显减低,提示铁的减少可能是癫痫发作的结果。Objective To observe the change of iron in the subcortical nuclei of idiopathic generalized epilepsy(IGE) patients by using SWI.Methods Thirty-five IGE patients(IGE group) and the same number of age and gender matched healthy volunteers(normal control group) were included.SWI data of all subjects were obtained.The differences of iron in the subcortical nuclei between the two groups were compared,and the correlation between SWI signal and the onset age of the disease was also observed.Results Compared with normal control group,SWI phase signals in the bilateral thalamus,caudate,putamen,globus pallidus,substantia nigra and red nuclei in IGE group were lower(all P0.05).In addition,SWI signals of IGE group in the bilateral thalamus,substantia nigra and red nuclei were negatively correlated with the onset age of the disease(r=-0.69,P0.001).Conclusion The iron in the subcortical nuclei in patients is lower than normal people,indicating that the reduced iron in the subcortical nuclei may be the result of epileptic attack.
