义齿软衬材料表面白色念珠菌黏附的研究进展

摘　　要：义齿软衬材料具有弹性和缓冲作用,可以缓解佩戴全口义齿患者的黏膜压痛及固位不良等问题,但是,在使用过程中易黏附白色念珠菌而导致义齿性口炎,从而影响其使用。学者们做了大量研究来改善义齿软衬材料的性能,文中就白色念珠菌黏附于义齿软衬表面黏膜的因素及防治措施作一综述。Soft lining materials are characterized by elasticity and can act as cushions to relieve the problems of complete denture wearers,such as mucosa pressing pain and lack of retention.However,Candida albians are apt to adhere to the surface of the materials and result in denture stomatitis and in turn affect their applicability.Considerable research has been done on the improvement of their property.This article focuses on the factors,prevention and treatment of adhesion of Candida albicans to the surface of the soft lining materials.
