摘　　要：过去对胰胆管汇合部解剖的临床意义及其与胰胆系疾病的关系关注较少,随着各种影像设备的开发及成像技术的发展,为清楚显示胰胆管汇合部的解剖提供了保证,也为临床研究其与胰胆系疾病的发生、诊断、治疗和预防提供了便利。本文就胰胆管汇合部的研究历史、生理发生、影像解剖、胰胆管汇合部的分型及影像学诊断做一综述。In the past,little attention has been paid to the anatomy of the pancreaticobiliary duct-both in clinical significance and its relationship with pancreas and biliary diseases.The development of a variety of imaging equipment and the improvement of imaging technology has not only provided a guarantee for display the pancreaticobiliary junction clearly,but also provided advantages of studying the mechanism,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the Biliary-pancreatic system diseases.The purpose of this review is to evaluate the pancreaticobiliary junction from the research history,physiological processes,imaging anatomy,the classification of the pancreaticobiliary ductal union and imaging diagnosis.
