奥氮平与利培酮治疗老年痴呆精神行为症状的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨奥氮平与利培酮治疗老年痴呆精神行为症状的临床疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将124例老年痴呆患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用奥氮平治疗,而对照组则采用利培酮治疗,比较两组患者的PANSS评分、临床疗效及不良反应。结果奥氮平治疗老年痴呆精神行为障碍的临床疗效明显优于利培酮(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平治疗老年痴呆精神行为障碍疗效显著,起效时间比较快,不良反应少,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Olanzapine and Risperidone in the treatment of senile dementia, behavioral and psychological symptoms. Methods In accordance with the random number table, 124 cases of Alzheimer＇s patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was treated with Olanzapine treatment, while the control group treated with Risperidone. PANSS score, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions for the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of Olanzapine in the treatment of Alzheimer＇s mental and behavioral disorders was significantly superior to Risperidone （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Olanzapine treatment of Alzheimer＇s behavioral and psychological barriers to the efficacy significantly, the onset time is faster, fewer adverse reactions, it should be widely applied in clinical.
