摘　　要：作为英语教学的主干课程之一,文学课程的重要性却正在逐渐淡化。在对此现象进行分析的基础之上,本文提出在网络环境下对成人英语文学课程进行教学改革。首先,要打破传统的教材顺序,改进教学内容;其次,应借助现代化的网络教育技术,为成人学习者创设学习环境,提供丰富的学习资源,引导他们掌握和采用不同的学习方法;再次,在尊重个体差异的前提下,设计以实践为导向、学习过程监测为目标的考核改革,尽所能的改变应试的学习观念,让学生能切实从课程学习中得到文学的体验,促进其人文素质的提升。How to teach literature in the EFL class for English majors has been a neglected but urgent issue, especially for adult students of distant education. To accomplish the value of literature education, the present challenge is to discard the conventional notion, reform the dogmatic way of instruction, and foster students＇ interest in literature learning and critical thinking. This study is an attempt to reform the English literature teaching design by means of methods breaking the traditional teaching model, instructing teaching environment online and innovating the assessment and evaluation to guide adult students into literature appreciation and imagination.
