摘　　要：随着术前检出率的不断增高,甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PTMC)已成为临床关注热点。笔者综述PTMC相关研究的进展及现状,主要内容包括:发病特点、临床征象、诊断方法及病理检查、治疗方法和预后。Papillary thyroid microcarcinoma（PTMC） has become a special clinical concern with the increased preoperative detection of this disease.This paper reviews the current investigation status associatated with PTMC that included the onset characteristics,clinical signs,diagnostic approaches,pathological examination and treatment as well as the prognosis of this disease.
