摘　　要：目的总结显微镜下脑动脉瘤夹闭术的手术配合经验。方法对31例脑动脉瘤患者实施在显微镜下行脑内动脉瘤血管夹闭术的护理配合进行回顾性分析。结果 31例患者手术过程顺利,术后均获满意效果。结论充分做好术前准备,熟练掌握手术步骤,手术器械、显微镜的使用及术中默契的配合是脑动脉瘤血管夹闭术手术成功的关键。Objective To evaluate the effects of predictive and comfortable nursing model on the patients with painful feeling after operation in the department of orthopedics. Methods 30 patients after operation in the department of orthopedics were reviewed. The application of predictive and comfortable nursing model on these patients was analyzed. Results The mean visual analog scale values of 30 patients was （3.6 ±1.2）.80% of the patients could bear the painful feeling after operation. Conclusion Predictive and comfortable nursing model is effective for patients after operation in the department of orthopedics.
