摘　　要：本文建立了安尔眠糖浆剂型改良成丸剂的制备工艺及其含量测定的方法。结果表明,制备工艺稳定、可行。用HPLC法测定安尔眠丸的含量,在0.25～1.23μg范围内,线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.68%,RSD为1.33%。该测定方法简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可作为安尔眠丸的含量测定方法。To establish a method for the change of dose-form of An＇ermian syrup and introduce a method for quality control of An＇ermian pill. The results showed that the technology process was stable and feasible. The HPLC method for the determination of the content,the linear ranges were 0. 25p.g- 1.23p.g, and its sample recovery was 99.68% ,RSD = 1.33%. The trial shows that this method is simple,reliable and of good repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of the An＇ermian pill.
