摘　　要：成人教育战略多样性是成人教育战略的必然要求和基本特征。基于成人教育战略目标重点和需求,探讨成人教育战略要实现准确定位,体现以服务市场为前提。同时,一元和多元两种类型教育战略的制订和选择,将推动成人教育多样性发展。Diversity of adult education strategy is a necessary requirement and the basic features for adult education strategy. To study adult education strategies is to achieve accurate positioning and to reflect the services market as the prerequisite based on the stra- tegic objectives of adult education and needs. At the same time, a single target, as well as a multivariate of two types of education strategy formulation and selection, will promote the diversity development of adult education.
