T-2毒素中毒大鼠切牙成釉细胞的形态观察研究

摘　　要：目的观察不同剂量T-2毒素作用下大鼠切牙成釉细胞的形态变化,探讨其对牙釉质形成的影响。方法选择60只SD大鼠,随机分为3组:对照组,实验组1和实验组2,T-2毒素灌胃剂量分别为0ng/gBW/d,100ng/gBW/d和200ng/gBW/d。4周后处死动物,沿大鼠右下切牙长轴做连续切片,HE染色法观察T-2毒素对成釉细胞形态的影响。结果肉眼观察染毒组大鼠切牙色淡黄,透光度和光泽不好。光镜下可见染毒组成釉细胞Tome’s突消失,细胞扭曲变形且可见细空泡,高剂量T-2毒素影响更明显。结论 T-2毒素可使大鼠切牙的分泌期和转换器的成釉细胞形态发生改变,进而使肉眼观呈现釉质发育不全的临床改变。OBJECTIVE To observe the cell morphology of incisor ameloblasts caused by different doses of T-2 Toxin,and explore its effect on enamel formation.METHODS 60 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,experimental group 1 and group 2 which received gavages in a dosage of 0,100 and 200 ng/gBW/day.After 4 weeks,all the rats were sacrificed and the right lower incisor were cut into serial sections along the long axis,and HE staining was used to observed the cell morphology of ameloblasts.RESULTS Visual inspection showed that the color of the incisors of rats and the transparency and gloss in the poisoned groups was poor compared with controls.Light microscopic observation showed that the Tome＇s process in the amloblasts disappeared in the poisoned groups,and some distorted cells and vacuoles could be found in the amloblasts.These observation was more obvious in the higher dosage group.CONCLUSION T-2 toxin can change the cell morphology of secretary and transitional ameloblasts,and thus induce the appearance changes in enamel hyperplasia.
