国外湖泊营养物基准向标准转化方法对我国的启示

摘　　要：由于我国现行水质标准中营养物标准的制定缺乏基于营养物基准的研究,急需通过借鉴国外经验,建立适宜我国社会经济现状的营养物标准体系。介绍了美国和其他发达国家的营养物标准体系,回顾了美国国家环境保护局(USEPA)及各州采用的不同营养物标准的制定程序和技术方法,重点分析国外营养物标准指标的选取和确定标准值的方法。从湖泊营养物基准入手,探讨制定我国湖泊营养物标准的方法及技术。The set of nutrient standard of current water quality standard in China is short of research on nutrient criterion. It is badly in need of establishing nutrient standard system appropriate to China＇s socioeconomic situations by reference to foreign experience. The nutrient standard systems of the USA and other developed countries were introduced, and the procedure and technical methods to develop lake nutrient standards of US EPA and several states reviewed. The methods to select the nutrient variables and to determine the standard levels in foreign countries were focus. Finally, the methods and techniques of nutrient standard establishment based on nutrient criteria in China were discussed.
