摘　　要：人力资本理论从20世纪50年代末确立以来,一直受到国内外学者的关注。本文试图从人力资本的概念、人力资本的生产与投资、人力资本与收入分配、人力资本与经济增长、人力资本产权理论等具有代表性的观点进行综述和评论。In 1950s, the human capital theory was established ,from the beginning of that time, many scholars were concerning on it.This article attempts from five aspects to summary and comment on human capital theory.
