精神病患者机体抗氧化能力的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨机体抗氧化能力在精神病发病机理中的作用及其临床意义。方法　采用化学比色法检测了 35 6例精神病患者血清中 SOD、MDA、GSH- Px、VC、VE和 NO含量。结果　精神病患者血清中 SOD、MDA、NO含量均高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ;GSH- Px、VC含量均低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;VE两者无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;精神分裂症家族史阳性者血清中 NO高于精神分裂症阴性家族史者 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;情感性精神病阳性家族史者血清中 VC和分裂样精神病阳性家族史者VE分别低于阴性家族史者 (P<0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ;精神病患者抗氧化能力含量可因病程、性别、发病年龄的不同而不同 ;精神病患者治疗后 SOD、MDA低于治疗前 (P<0 .0 1) ;服用与未服用精神病药物之间血清中各项指标无差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　精神病患者体内确有自由基异常 ,可能是精神病发病的重要因素之一。Objective To explore the role of body antioxidation capacity in the pathogenesis of psychosis and its clinical significance Methods The serum content of SOD, MDA, GSH Px, VC, VE and NO in 356 psychotic patients was measured with chemical colorimetry Results The serum SOD, MDA and ON content was higher and the GSH Px and VC content was lower in psychotic patients than that in controls (P<0 05 or 0 01) There was no significant difference in serum VE content between psychotic patients and controls (P>0 05) The schizophrenics with family history had higher serum NO content than those without family history (P<0 05) The patients with affective psychosis with family history had lower serum VC content and the patients with schizophreniform psychosis with family history had lower serum VE content than those without family history, respectively (P<0 05 or 0 01) The antioxidation capacity in psychotic patients varied with courses, genders and onset ages The serum SOD and MDA content in psychotics was lower after treatment than before treatment (P<0 01) There was no significant difference for other contents between patients taking and without taking antipsychotics Conclusion The psychotic patients do have abnormal free radical content in their body and this may be one of the causes of disease
