从两次金融危机看我国的金融安全——东南亚金融危机与美国次贷危机

摘　　要：随着经济全球化的迅猛发展,我国金融对外开放度不断扩大,在这次全球金融危机影响下,我国的金融安全面临着诸多风险。通过对1997年和2007年两次金融危机的对比分析,联系我国金融系统现状,深入探讨危机爆发的原因及其危机治理措施,并从经济结构等问题入手,提出了一些改善我国金融安全现状的对策建议,旨在为保证我国的金融安全提供理论支撑。With the fast financial globalization, the continuous expansion of China＇ s opening-up increases the risks of its financial security, which was undoubtedly demonstrated in the Financial Crisis in Southeast Asia in 1997 and the US Sub-prime Crisis in 2007. This paper is to, with the current situation of China＇ financial world, probe about the causes for the crisises and crisis governance through the comparison and analysis; put forward advice and suggestions to improve China＇ s financial security with economic structure as a cut-in point, in order to provide it with a theory support.
