中国家族企业契约治理模式的实证分析

摘　　要：通过对珠三角和长株潭地区180个家族企业问卷调查获取研究数据,运用SSPS18.0软件对中国家族企业契约治理模式进行相关性和回归分析。分析结果表明:显性契约治理模式中的市场契约和组织契约与家族企业经营绩效具有较大程度的正相关性,产权契约对家族企业经营绩效影响程度不大,而职权契约与家族企业经营绩效具有负相关性;隐性契约治理中的家族契约和关系契约对家族企业经营绩效影响不大,文化契约与家族企业经营绩效具有很大程度的正相关性。相对而言,显性契约治理模式比隐性契约治理模式对家族企业经营绩效的影响更大。The research data was got through questionnaire survey on 180 family enterprises located at the Pearl River Delta and the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area,then a correlation and regression analysis on Chinese family business contract management patterns was engaged by using SSPS18.0.The analysis results showed that market contracts and organization contracts belonged to dominant contract management mode,which had a great degree of positive correlation to family enterprise performance;property contracts had little effect on family enterprise performance,but authority contracts had a negative correlation to family enterprise performance;family contracts and relationship contracts,which belonged to implicit contracts,had little effect on family enterprise performance;cultural contracts have a great degree of positive correlation to the family enterprise performance.Relatively speaking,the dominant contract management mode had a bigger effect on family enterprises performance than the implicit contracts management mode did.
