摘　　要：面向东盟加强广西北部湾企业文化建设是优化广西北部湾企业文化本身的需要,是提升广西北部湾企业核心竞争力的需要,是发展广西北部湾区域文化和经济、政治的需要,具有十分重要的时代价值。The establishment of the enterprise culture is of great value in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf corporations.Its is the needs of bettering the enterprise culture itself,the need of the upgrading of the core competition of the corporations,and the need of the development of the regional policy,economy and culture.
