肾上腺皮质腺瘤和皮质癌的临床与病理研究

摘　　要：本文研究 32例肾上腺皮质腺瘤 ,8例皮质癌的临床及病理学特征 ,其中功能性肿瘤 34例 ,非功能性肿瘤 6例 ,肾上腺皮质肿块 ,瘤体较小 ,切片中泡沫细胞为主者 ,以腺瘤多见。肾上腺皮质癌病理特征表现为肿瘤体积大 ,包膜不完整 ,明显出血、坏死。肿瘤多由暗细胞构成、弥漫、小梁状排列 ,细胞和核的异形性常见。核分裂≥ 1/10HP。cases of adenoma of adrenal cortex and 8 cases of carcinoma of adrenal cortex were studied clinically and pathologically. Among them there were 34 cases of functioning and 6 cases of nonfunctioning tumors. Female patients in the middle age with small single tumor in the left adrenal cortex which are predominated with foaming cells by pathological examination largely suffered from adrenocortical adenoma.Carcinomas of adrenal cortex are characterized by large size,incomplete encapsulation with hemorrhage and necrosis.They are mostly composed of dark cells and arranged in diffuse or trabecular patterns.The tumor cells display a certain degree of cellular or nuclear heteromorphism.Mitosis figures are frequently seen (≥1/10HP).
