摘 要:10株牙周病中的优势细菌群的模式株或国际参考株经微生物学鉴定后纳入实验,富集培养,收集菌细胞冻干,提取纯化其 LPS。实验菌株 LPS 的含量大小依次为:H.act29523>H.act Y4>F.nec>F.nuc>B.g>B.i>B.m>E.coli>C.s>C.g>C.o。将菌株按属归纳,则伴放线嗜血杆菌的两株 LPS 的含量最高,平均为2.8808%;其次为两株梭杆菌,平均为1.8632%:再次为三株拟杆菌,平均为1.7456%;大肠株菌为1.1964%;三株二氧化碳噬纤维菌最低,为0.9644%。细菌 LPS 的含量反映了其产生 LPS 的能力。The 10 model reference species of perio- dontopatbica lly suspected bacteria flora were recovered,purified,and identified according to the results of their phenotypic,(inclu- ding biologic and fermentative)characteristics and chromatographic analysis of their meta- bolic,products fatty acids.The results were compared with the bacterial characteristics described in the Bergey's Manaul of Syste- matic Bacteriology and in the VPI Anaerobe Laboratory Manual.Those which were con- formed to the identifying characteristics were used in the experiments.The bacteria were grown in BHI broth,the bacterial cells were collected and lyophilized. The bacterial LPSs were extracted by the Westphal hot phenol-water procedure and purified by enzymes digestion plus ultracen- trifugation.The LPSs products were free of protein and nuclic acid contaminations and their purity were proved by the seanning with ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The order of their LPS contents of the bacterial species was as follows:H.act 29532>H.act Y4>F. nec>F.nuc>B.g>B.i>B.m>E.coli>C.s>C. g>C.o.Classifying the bacterial species according to genera,the highest average LPS contents of genera were calculated from 2 species of H.act,with an average of 2.8808%; the second was that from 2 species of Fuso- bacteria,with an average of 1.8632%;the third from 3 species of Bacteroides,averaged 1.7456%;The LPS content of E.coli was 1.1964%.With an average of 0.9644%,the LPS content from 3 species of Capnocyto- phaga ranked the lowest.The LPS contents reflected the LPS producing capacities of these bacterial species.
