活血通络颗粒治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察活血通络颗粒治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效。方法将60例(60只眼)前部缺血性视神经病变患者分为治疗组30例(30只眼)、对照组30例(30只眼)。对照组予常规治疗,包括静脉滴注丹参注射液,患眼使用噻吗洛尔滴眼液,球后注射地塞米松+盐酸消旋山莨菪碱注射液+2%利多卡因注射液,口服维生素B1、腺苷辅酶B12,并对症治疗高血压、高血脂等疾病。治疗组予常规治疗,并口服活血通络颗粒。对治疗后的临床疗效、视力、视野的平均光敏感度进行统计分析。结果治疗组临床显效21例(21只眼),有效8例(8只眼),总有效率96.70%;对照组临床显效14例(14只眼),有效9例(9只眼),总有效率76.67%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后视力分布、视野平均光敏感度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血通络颗粒能够提高前部缺血性视神经病变患者的视力,并改善视野。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Huoxue Tongluo Granule on anterior ischemic optic neuropathy（AION）.METHODS Sixty AION patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups both received Danshen injection,retrobulbar injection of dexamethasone,anisodamine and lidocaine at the early stage of the disease onset,and 0.5% Timolol eyedrop twice a day.All the patients took vitamine B1 and cobamamide orally.The treatment group took extra Huoxue Tongluo Granule.Curative effects,mean light sensitivity,mean visual field defect and clinical curative rates were compared between the two groups.RESULTS In the treatment group,21 cases got significant curative effects,8 cases＇ condition improved.The curative rate was 96.70%.While in the control group,14 cases got significant curative effects,9 cases＇ condition improved.The curative rate was 76.67%.There were significant differences between the two groups＇ curative rate（P0.05）.The treatment group had better central vision and visual field.The tongue coating and pulse were improved in both groups.CONCLUSIONS Huoxue Tongluo Granule could improve the central vision and visual field.
