活血通络颗粒对视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者视力及视野的影响

摘　　要：目的观察活血通络颗粒对视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者视力及视野的影响。方法对2008年1月至2010年12月,将我院确诊为视网膜中央动脉阻塞的住院患者124例随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组62例(62只眼)应用活血通络颗粒20 g,日3次口服,并球后注射阿托品、吸氧、舌下含化硝酸甘油片等,合并高血压或糖尿病的患者对症治疗;对照组62例(62只眼)不口服活血通络颗粒,其它治疗同观察组。应用国际标准对数视力表记录2组患者治疗第3、10、20天的最佳可视区最佳矫正视力,然后将此视力转换为LogMAR视力,进行统计学分析;应用Octopus-301自动静态视野分析仪检测患者第20日时视野最高光敏感度、平均光敏感度及平均缺损并进行统计学分析。结果治疗后第3、10天时,2组患者LogMAR视力差异无统计学意义(t=0.82,P=0.41;t=1.27,P=0.21);治疗后第20天时,观察组LogMAR视力优于对照组(t=2.45,P=0.02)。治疗后20天时,视野平均光敏感度比较,观察组优于对照组(t=2.14,P=0.04)。结论活血通络颗粒能够提高视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者远期视力并改善视野。OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Huoxue Tongluo Granule on central retinal artery occlusion（CRAO）.METHODS Since Jan.2008,124 patients（124 eyes） diagnosed with CRAO were randomly divided into two groups： 62 patients（62 eyes） were treated with oral medication of Huoxue Tongluo Granule and atropine retrobulbar injection,oxygen therapy,sublingual nitroglycerin,and symptomatic treatment for high blood pressure and diabetes.The other 62 patients（62 eyes） were treated with the same method without oral medication of Huoxue Tongluo Granule.The logMAR visual acuity on the 3rd,10th,and 20th day after treatment was observed for both groups.And 20 days after treatment octopus-301 visual field MS and MD were observed.RESULTS There was no statistical difference between treatment and control group on treatment 3,10 days（t=0.82,P=0.41;t=1.27,P=0.21）.And 20 days logMAR visual acuity was statistically different（t=2.45,P =0.02）.By the one-sample T test analysis,the change of MS between two groups was statistically different（t=2.14,P =0.040.05）.CONCLUSIONS Huoxue Tongluo Granule could improve the CRAO long-term therapy results of visual acuity and visual field.
