摘  要:目的观察白内障超声乳化摘除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术对前房角结构的影响。方法对40例(40只眼)老年性白内障患者行白内障超声乳化摘除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术,分别于术前和术后1个月用超声生物显微镜对房角结构进行测量。结果全部患者术后1个月中央前房深度(anterior chamberdepth,ACD)、房角开放距离500(angle opening distance at 500μm,AOD500)、小梁虹膜角(trabecular-irisangle,TIA)、小梁睫状体距离(trabecular-ciliary process distance,TCPD)与术前比较均明显增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。虹膜厚度1(iris distance 1,ID1)术前术后比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.9)。结论白内障超声乳化摘除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术可明显加深老年性白内障患者的前房,增宽房角。OBJECTIVE To study the changes in anterior chamber angle after phacoemulsification and foldable IOL implantation with ultrasound biomicroscopy.METHODS Phacoemulsification and foldable IOL implantation were performed in 40 eyes of 40 senile cataract patients,and their anterior chamber angle structure were separately determined by using ultrasound biomicroscopy before and one month after the surgery.RESULTS In all patients,the measurements of ACD(anterior chamber distance),AOD500(angle-opening distance at 500 ?μm from the scleral spur),TIA(trabecular-iris angle) and TCPD(trabecular-ciliary process distance) increased significantly one month after surgery(P0.01).There was no statistical difference between the preoperative and postoperative ID1(iris distance 1)(P0.01).CONCLUSIONS Phacoemulsification and foldable IOL implantation deepened the anterior chamber and anterior chamber angle,and reopened the trabecula significantly in senile cataract patients.
