摘　　要：为进一步提高对GBS的临床认识,本文就36例GBS患者临床资料进行了回顾性调查分析。结果发现,36例GBS以中老年组患者多见。中老年组患者多以头晕、复视相伴颅神经麻痹症状起病,感染的前驱症状少见,变异型GBS多见;青壮年组病人多以肢体无力、麻木或疼痛起病,感染的前驱症状多见,变异型GBS相对少见。颅面肌麻痹的频度以眼外肌发生率最高。The clinical materials of 36 patients with Guillain Barre'syndrome (GBS) were reviewed and analyzed in order to understand the clinical features of GBS. The results showed that the incidence of GBS was prominent in the elder group patients. The initial symptoms of dizziness, diplopia with cranial nerves paralysis and the variants of GBS were more frequently in thr elder group patients, but the antecedent infectious symptoms were less common. In the young group patients, however, who often present the initial symptoms of weakness, numberness or pain of the limbs and the antecedent infectious illness, but the variants of GBS were less common relatively. The incidence of extraocular muscle paralysis was the highest among all cranial-facial muscle paralyses.
