HP阳性消化性溃疡的中西医结合治疗

摘　　要：目的 :观察中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法 :5 5例幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组。中西医结合组 ( 3 3例 ) ,用中医辩证论治加西药雷尼替丁。对照组 ( 2 2例 ) ,用阿莫西林 +雷尼替丁。结果 :溃疡愈合率 ,中西医结合组为 88% ,对照组为 64 % ,(χ2 =4.5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;H P清除率 ,中西医结合组为 75 % ,对照组为 5 0 % ,( χ2 =3 .87,P <0 .0 5 )。中西医结合组中溃疡愈合 ,HP根除的 2 5例患者 ,6个月以后胃镜复查 ,溃疡无复发 ,H P均阴性。结论 :中西医结合治疗 HP阳性的消化性溃疡有较好疗效 ,且副作用少。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine (TCM-WM) in treating peptic ulcer with positive Helicobacter pylori (HP). Methods: 55 cases of peptic ulcer with HP(+) were divided into two groups randomly. The integration of TCM-WM group (33 cases) were treated with chinese herbal medicine and Ranitidin. The control group (22 cases) were treated with Amoxicillin and Ranitialine. Results: Healing rate was 88% in integrated traditional chinese and western medicine group and 64% in control group (X 2=4.5, P<0.05). clearance rate was 75% in integrated TCM-WM group, and 50% in control group (χ 2=3.87, P<0.05). 25 cases of integrated TCM-WM group which had been healed and HP had been cleared, They were confirmed without recurrece and HP(-) by reexaraination of gastrofiberscope after six months. Condusion: The integration of TCM-WM has good effect in teating peptic ulcer with HP(+), and less side-effect.\;
