摘 要:10株牙周病优势菌群的模式株或国际参考株富集培养,收集菌细胞冻干,提取纯化其 LPS。以内毒素标准品为参考标准,采用当显色基质重氮化法测定牙周病优势菌 LPS 的鲎活性当量。结果发现:细菌 LPS 的鲎活性当量大小依次为 H.act 29523>H.act Y4>F.nec>F.nuc>B.g>B.m>B.i>E.coli>C.g>C.o>C.s,均大于内毒素标准品。将菌株按属归类,伴放线嗜血杆菌的两株 LPS 鲎活性当量最高,平均为5.0190;次为梭杆菌的两株,平均为3.1645;再次为三株拟杆菌,平均为2.4535;E.coli 为1.6889;三株二氧化碳噬纤维菌最低,平均为1.4196。鲎活性与 LPS 的其它生物学活性之间存在正相关关系。The limulus lysate is a specific agent for quantitative measurement of bacterial LPS. The limulus lysate activity of LPS prepa- rations were measured by the limulus chromo- genic diazotic assay and was calculated accor- ding to their correspondent reference test with standard endotoxin.The results in order of limulus activity equivalents of bacterial LPS was shown as follows:H.act 29523> H,act Y4>F.nec>F,nuc>B,g>B.m>B.i>E. coli>C.g>C.o>C.s>in reference to the stan- dard endotoxin.Classifying their species according to genera,the average limulus lysate activity equivalent of H.act LPS(5.0190) appears to be the hightest;the second was that of Fusobacteria LPSs,averaged 3.1645;the third was that of Bacteroides LPSs,averaged 2.4535;the equivalent of E. coli LPS was 1.6889;and the lowest was that of Capnocytophaga LPSs,with an average of 1.4196.There were close correlations between the limulus lysate activity and the other biological activities.
