摘　　要：为减少高速公路超速现象的发生,达到预防交通事故的目的,针对高速公路超速违规进行全过程管理预警系统设计,包括速度检测、信息分析、预警发布、事后处理等环节,并详细论述每个环节的关键技术,为预防高速公路超速现象和交通事故的发生提供依据。In order to prevent speeding and accidents in freeway,the paper designed a warning system which refers to the whole process management of expressway speeding,including speed detection,information analysis,warning issue and post-processing.The paper discoursed the detailed key technology in every step and put forward methods for prevention of speeding and accidents in freeway.
