喹硫平联合丙戊酸钠治疗双相躁狂的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨喹硫平联合丙戊酸钠治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者的疗效及副反应。方法将入组的80例双相障碍躁狂发作患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组患者40例,治疗组采用喹硫平联合丙戊酸钠,对照组采用氯丙嗪联合丙戊酸钠,进行为期6周的疗效及副反应比较。采用躁狂量表、副反应量表分别于治疗前和治疗第2、4、6周末时进行评定。结果治疗结束时,两组BRMS评分较治疗前均显著减低(P<0.01);临床总有效率对照组为80.00%,治疗组为85.00%;两组疗效差异无统计学意义(x2=0.34,P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应总发生率(35.00%)显著低于对照组(67.50%)(x2=8.46,P<0.01)。结论喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的疗效肯定,不良反应较少,临床疗效显著,安全性高,适合临床应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of quetiapine combined with sodium valproate in treating bipolar mania. Methods 80 administered patients were ramdomly divided into two groups, quetiapine combined with sodium valproate group （treatmented group） and chlorpromazine combined with sodium valproate group（controled group）. They were treated for 6 weeks. Bech--Rafaelasen Mania Rating and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects. Results The clinical response rates were similar.They were 85.00% in treatmented group and 80.00% in eontroled group（x^2=0.34, P 〉 0.05）. There were less side effects rates in treatmented group（x^2=8.46, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Quetiapine combined with sodium valproate has similar therapeutic effect to chlorpromazine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of bipolar mania, and has better tolerability.
