血清总胆汁酸与胃癌转移关系研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清总胆汁酸在胃癌患者术前的含量变化,分析其与胃癌临床病理参数的关系及其临床意义。方法:对胃癌患者术前血清总胆汁酸的检测结果及其癌转移程度进行统计学分析。结果:胃癌患者术前血清总胆汁酸升高程度与胃癌淋巴转移有密切相关性(P<0.05)。结论:血清总胆汁酸增高在促进胃癌淋巴转移上,具有重要的临床意义。Objective：To investigate the preoperative change in serum levels of total bile acid in patients with gastric carcinoma,and to analyze the relationship between the clinical and pathological parameters of gastric cancer and its clinical significance.Methods：The preoperative serum total bile acid results and cancer metastasis degree were analysed.Results：The increased preoperative serum levels of total bile acid was well correlated with lymph node metastasis in patients with gastric carcinoma（P0.05）.Conclusion：The increased level of serum bile acid in promoting lymphatic metastasis of the gastric cancer has important clinical significance.
