男性产业工人吸烟行为与抑郁焦虑程度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨产业工人吸烟行为与抑郁、焦虑的关系,关注产业工人的精神状况,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法：采用随机整群抽样方法,对内蒙古自治区包钢集团1 000名男性产业工人吸烟行为与抑郁及焦虑程度进行调查。结果：共收回有效问卷702份,有效率为70.2%。受教育年限中专或高中段对照组产业工人的抑郁程度显著高于吸烟组（P〈0.05）;30~40岁年龄段的对照组产业工人的抑郁程度显著高于吸烟组（P〈0.05）。结论：吸烟行为与青年产业工人的抑郁情绪有相关性。社会、企业应该积极有效的采取综合措施,控制青年产业工人的吸烟行为,提高其心理健康水平。Objective：To study the relationship between smoking behavior and depression or anxiety of the industrial male workers.To attention the mental state of industrial workers and to provide the support for interventions.Methods：One thousand industrial male workers were chosen randomly from Baotou Iron and Steel Group by random cluster sampling method.Results： Seven hundred and two valid questionnaires were returned,the efficient rate was 70.2%.Technical secondary school and high school of educated years for industrial workers level of depression in control group was significantly higher than in smoking group（P0.05）;30～40 years of age group of workers was significantly higher levels of depression than smoking group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Young workers＇ smoking behavior was associated with depression symptoms.Appropriate measures should be taken to control the smoking behavior of young industrial workers and to improve their mental health.
