摘　　要：企业信息化绩效评价要受到战略指标、财务指标、用户指标和应用指标等因素的影响,而各影响因素不能都以定量的形式体现.采用层次分析法确定指标体系及权重,给出了甘肃中小企业信息化绩效的评价方法,较好地解决了甘肃中小企业信息化绩效的评价问题.The evaluation of enterprise informatization performance is affected by many factors,such as strategy target,finance target,user target and application target.But not all the influence factors can be measured in quantity.This paper adopts the analytical hierarchy process（AHP） to determine the weights of the influencing factors.The method solves how to evaluate small and medium-sized enterprise informatization performance in Gansu province.
