一期根治术结合蜂蜜填塞治疗肛周脓肿26例

摘　　要：目的观察一期根治术结合蜂蜜填塞治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法对26例患者在腰麻下行肛周脓肿一次性切开引流术,术后不使用抗生素,每天予蜂蜜纱条填塞换药,观察临床疗效。结果 26例患者全部治愈,平均住院时间6.3天,创面平均愈合时间22.2天;3个月后随访未见复发及肛瘘形成病例。结论一期根治术结合蜂蜜填塞治疗肛周脓肿,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of primary radical surgery with honey stuffing in the treatment of perianal abscess.Methods Twenty-six cases underwent primary radical surgery after lumbar anesthesia,and honey stuffing was carried out instead of antibiotics after operation.The clinical efficacy was observed.Results Twenty-six cases were cured after treatment;the average hospitalization time was 6.3 days;the average wound-healing time was 22.2 days.No relapse or fistula was found in the following 3 months.Conclusion Primary radical surgery with honey stuffing is simple and effective for perianal abscess.
