文拉法辛缓释剂与多赛平临床上治疗广泛性焦虑症患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨文拉法辛缓释剂与多赛平临床上治疗广泛性焦虑症患者的效果。方法选取了我院2010年2月～2011年12月间入院治疗的92例广泛性焦虑症患者为研究对象,对使用文拉法辛缓释剂与多赛平治疗后的效果进行了比较分析。结果①在治疗效果方面多塞平组的有效率(89.13%)略高于文拉法辛组的有效率(86.96%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②在HAMA评分方面两组患者治疗后,同期HAMA评分比较差异不显著(P>0.05);③在不良反应比较方面文拉法辛组的总体不良反应发生率低于多塞平组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论文拉法辛缓释剂与多赛平在临床上治疗广泛性焦虑症均能起到较好效果,但是采用文拉法辛缓释剂患者发生不良作用的几率大大降低,更加的安全有效。Objective To explore the effect for Venlafaxine and Doxepin Hydrochlride tablets in the clinical treatment of patients with generalized anxiety disorder.Methods 92 cases with generalized anxiety disorder admitted to hospital from February 2010 to December 2011 in our hospital were chosen as the research object,the effect of the treatment of Venlafaxine and Doxepin Hydrochlride Tablets were compared.Results ① In the effect of treatment： the efficiency of multi-plug flat group（89.13%） was slightly higher than the efficiency of venlafaxine group（86.96%）,with no statistically significant difference（P0.05）.② After treatment in the HAMA score： HAMA score during the same period the difference was not significant（P0.05）.③ In the lower incidence of overall adverse side effects for comparison： The overall adverse side effects of venlafaxine group doxepin group was lower than the Doxepin Hydrochlride Tablets group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Venlafaxine and Doxepin Hydrochlride Tablets in the clinical treatment of patients with generalized anxiety disorder can play a better effect,but greatly reduce the risk of side effects of Venlafaxine extended release in patients,is more safe and effective.
