加味瓜蒌散对肝硬化门静脉高压症患者血管内皮生长因子及血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察加味瓜蒌散对肝硬化门静脉高压症(PHT)患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血流动力学的影响。方法将符合标准的97例患者随机分为两组,均常规接受护肝、降酶等对症治疗,治疗组加服加味瓜蒌散,对照组加服心得安。治疗前后取血,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测VEGF,并进行血流动力学检查。结果治疗组治疗后VEGF水平明显下降,门静脉内径及血流量与对照组相比差异有统计学意义,血流速度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论加味瓜蒌散能抑制PHT患者VEGF的表达,降低门静脉压力。Objective：To observe the effect of Modified Gualou Powder on VEGF and hemodynamics of PHT patients.Methods：97 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.After being used the symptomatic treatment in 2 groups,the treatment group was added the Modified Gualou Powder and the control group was used the propranolol.The VEGF and the hemodynamics were detected after treatment.Results：After treatment,the VEGF level was decreased obviously.Compared with the control group,there were some statistical differences between 2 groups about the portal diameter and the blood flow.However,there was no remarkable difference between 2 groups in the velocity.Conclusion：Modified Gualou Powder can inhibit the VEGF expression and decrease the portal hypertension.
