摘  要:选用普通羊油做原料,采用皂化和复分解法,研究脂肪酸钙的制备方法.结果表明:试验最佳条件为羊油∶NaOH∶CaCl2=1∶0.4∶0.3,反应温度85℃,皂化3h,复分解2h,可生成白色粉末状脂肪酸钙;解析其红外谱图发现,2 919cm-1和2 852cm-1强吸收峰为脂肪链中甲基、亚甲基的C-H伸缩振动峰,1 577~1 540cm-1区域出现的2个偶合峰归属于羧酸根负离子的伸缩振动峰;化学分析法测定出脂肪酸钙中Ca2+含量为6.14%.Using tallow as material,an protocol for preparation of fatty acid calcium was described.The white powder fatty acid calcium was produced by saponification and metathesis reaction.After a single-factor experiment,the optimum reaction condition was confirmed as follows:m tallow∶m NaOH∶m CaCl2=1∶0.4∶0.3,reaction temperature 85 ℃,time of saponification 3 h,time of metathesis reaction 2 h.The absorption peaks of infrared spectra in 2919、2852 cm-1 were attributable to methyl、methylene of aliphatic chain,the absorption peaks in 1 577~1 540 cm-1 was attributable to carboxylate anion.Chemical analysis showed that the content of Ca2+ in fatty acid calcium was 6.14 %.
